This home, located in historic Hillcrest in Little Rock had seen better days. Sideco was retained by the owners since we had a long history in restoring these historic homes back to the grandeur of old. We had two layers of siding to remove and we then replaced their old nob and tube wiring as well as insulating the wall cavity. Our customers had a historic home architect research the home and come up with a detailed drawing as to how the house looked when built in the early 1900’s. Sideco was able to mimic the exact look of ‘old’. We also rebuilt her front porch columns with exact historic accuracy. Colors used are James Hardie Mountain Sage with Sail cloth trim.
Sideco was able to mimic the exact look of the ‘old’ historic home. But maybe the origional home did not have the ivey.
