I see a lot of homes with many types of exteriors. Unfortunately for the most part we are always investigating problems. This was the case in this beautiful home in Mid-town Little Rock.
No matter how good your base materials are, a job is only as good as its execution. So, when I have to tell people that their 7 year old home has to have its entire exterior removed, that the home has severe moisture damage that has worked its way into the wall assembly, that the builders did not properly install the vapor barrier, that they failed to install basic flashings and the cost will be high. This conversation is one I wish I did not have to make but we often do.
Such was the case with this beautiful modern style home in Little Rock mid town. Another fact that made this much worse was that the product that was grossly installed wrong was James Hardie Products.
Sideco completely removed all the exterior, repaired many areas of severe moisture damage, properly installed a new vapor barrier, Installed our James Hardie color plus panel correctly with proper tracks to simulate this new modern design now offered by James Hardie.
As you can see this house is now stunning and our customer knows they there new exterior will not only last forever that also have comfort in knowing there home is now moisture proof.
