The homeowner wanted to update the exterior of their home with some new siding but also wanted to enhance the curb appeal of the residence with a new front door under a built out portico. Sideco removed all the old siding and substrate from the home. Then Siding installed a new moisture barrier with wrap and flashing before any new siding was hung. Siding installed James Hardie 7" reveal plank Khaki Brown siding accented with some James Hardie staggered shake Khaki Brown siding. The trim installed on this home is James Hardie Sail Cloth Trim. Sideco also constructed a portico for the homeowner so now they have some covered area around their new Simpson front door! Overall a complete exterior transformation.
