This homeowner recently purchased this home and wanted a complete exterior overhaul. One thing they wanted to do was spruce up the front of the house with a new portico to change the curb appeal of the home. Now with new James Hardie 7" reveal Monterey taupe siding and James Hardie Arctic white trim to go with a new portico the exterior was not recognizable if you compare the before and after pictures of the project.
