Built in 1922, this home possessed all of the cherished features of home in the Hillcrest area of Little Rock. The homeowners wanted to keep the craftsman style house true to its historic Hillcrest features. Sideco removed all the old original wood siding and the substrate behind the original wood. Then Sideco installed the zip system to bring the home up to todays building science. To match the original siding Sideco installed 4" James Hardie smooth plank siding and 6" James Hardie smooth plank siding to keep the historic look. Sideco also installed James Hardie Arctic White Trim. Now with keeping the old feature this home is now ready for the future with new siding and windows.
