Sideco had worked for the Browns a couple years before they purchased this beautiful historic home on Mountain Nebo. The home had sentimental value since it was our her Grand Parents home when she was a child and when the home came up for sale our customers moved on it.
When looking at a total remodel, paramount to them was to restore the home back to its original grandeur of the 1920”s ( the house was over 100 years old)
With Sideco’s extensive experience in historical architecture we were able to match that time period with James Hardie Siding and trim and Marvin Windows, we also installed a new Mahogany front door, built a front Portico, turned the back screen-in porch into a livable heat and cooled room and framed up a small addition on the back for a new bedroom over looking the Arkansas River Valley.
I'd say we nailed it !!!!!!!
