This home, located in historic Hillcrest in Little Rock had seen better days. Sideco was retained by the owners since we had a long history in restoring these historic homes back to the grandeur of old. We had two layers of siding to remove, and we then replaced their old nob and tube wiring, as well as insulating the wall cavity. Our customers had a historic home architect research the home and come up with a detailed drawing as to how the house looked when built in the early 1900’s. Sideco was able to mimic the exact look of ‘old’. We also rebuilt her front porch columns with exact historic accuracy. Colors used are James Hardie Mountain Sage with Sail Cloth trim.
I would definitely recommend Sideco! They replaced cheap vinyl siding and windows with Hardie Siding ,Marvin Windows, and TimberTech decking and it looks amazing! Granted it wasn't the cheapest option, but I got what I paid for, A stunning home with low maintenance that will last for many years to come. The guys at Sideco did a wonderful job of keeping me informed and were always available. To be honest, I was figuring at least a month too complete everything and within 2 1/2 weeks they had wrapped it up, several days they had 2 and 3 crews working.
