Project Details

One of Sideco’s many specialties is the experience and knowledge to restore historic homes. This is another Hillcrest home in Little Rock that we had the honor to restore. The house was built in in 1927 and the owners wanted to restore it to its original grandeur. Sideco did exactly that, by removing the old wood siding, installing a moisture proof substrate, some new windows and then James Hardie Artisan lap siding and trim. The colors are James Hardie Evening Blue and Arctic White.
