This home was built in 1985 with cedar siding and after 30 years it was time for the neglected cedar to be removed. When cedar siding is not properly taken care of it can become a danger to the home and the inhabitants of the house. Sideco removed the old cedar and installed a new substrate. Then Sideco installed 5" reveal James Hardie country lane red plank siding. Now with new James Haride siding the homeowner does not need to worry about the safety of the exterior of the home.
Where we had special problems that required ingenuity , willingnes and eagerness to solve the problem.
Patricio, Richard, and several others whose names we are not sure of. also the worker who did a lot of the sawing of the boards and the one who reinstalled our outdoor lights.
We have never been this satisfied at the completion of a large construction /remodleing project.
