The Selva family reached out to Sideco looking to give their Midtown Little Rock home a dramatic facelift. We approached the Selvas’ project with a full-scope exterior solution. Sideco replaced the old siding with James Hardie Lap Siding, a product known for its unmatched durability and low maintenance. To further improve energy efficiency and appearance, we also installed Marvin Windows, which brought a modern, polished finish to the facade. As the final touch, we painted the existing brick to perfectly complement the new siding and windows—tying the entire design together with a unified color palette.
